These terms apply to shopping at Morrow & Paw on shopmorrowandpaw.com. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Orders and payments

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information when ordering. You must be legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use the payment method. Prices are shown in US dollars. The checkout displays the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, before payment.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled items. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before making any material change; we will not increase an agreed charge without your consent.

Delivery

We currently serve US customers. Products are fulfilled by a third-party partner and ship from China. Processing times, estimated transit times and delivery charges are described in our Shipping policy. Estimates are not guarantees. If shipment is delayed beyond the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer a revised shipping date or cancellation with a refund.

Returns and cancellations

Our Return and refund policy explains how to request help with damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items and cancellations. We do not offer change-of-mind returns after shipment, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Product information and care

Review the product description and supplied care instructions before use. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Test cleanup tools on a small hidden area first and do not use the roller directly on animals or on delicate fabrics.

Use of this website

Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with its operation, or unauthorized access to accounts or data. Store text, designs and images may not be reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
