We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping is free for our Everyday Pet Hair Remover.

Processing and transit

Please allow up to 5 days for processing before dispatch. The supplier currently estimates 5–11 days in transit for the selected US service, although some orders take longer. Processing time is additional to transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs, holidays and carrier delays can extend delivery.

When your order ships, tracking will be added to your order-status page. Use the link in your order confirmation email to check updates.

Address changes or delivery questions

Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
